What are ASND Labs products intended for?
All products supplied by ASND LABS are intended strictly for legitimate scientific research and laboratory use only. They are not intended for human or veterinary consumption, therapeutic use, diagnosis or treatment.
Are your products intended for human consumption?
No. Our products are supplied exclusively for research and laboratory purposes and must not be consumed, administered or used for human or veterinary purposes.
Do you provide COA?
Where applicable, analytical documentation such as Certificates of Analysis may be available for individual products or batches. Please contact us if you require documentation for a specific product.
Are your products independently tested?
Selected batches of our products have been submitted for independent third-party laboratory testing. Where available, relevant testing documentation, including Certificates of Analysis (CoAs), can be provided to support transparency around product identity, purity and analytical results.
ORDERS & SHIPPING
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the United KIngdom and all UK territories.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are generally dispatched within 1-2 days. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping service selected. Estimated delivery information is provided during the ordering process.
How are orders packaged?
All orders are securely packaged to help protect product integrity and ensure discreet delivery wherever possible.
Can I change my order after placing it
If you need to make a change to an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes before the order has been processed or dispatched.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is your returns policy?
Returns are subject to our Terms & Conditions and Returns Policy. Due to the nature of research products, certain products may not be eligible for return once dispatched or opened. Please contact us before returning an item.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible after placing an order. If the order has already been processed or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
What happens if I receive the wrong product?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order details and information about the issue. We will investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a suitable resolution.
What happens if my product arrives damaged?
Please contact us promptly after delivery and provide photographs of the packaging and product. We will assess the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
